a good base for exploring eastbourne. park view was worthy. the restaurant was located within 200 metres. it was a 4-star hotel in every way.

It is not far from the airport. The breakfast was rich, appreciated parking. Sovereign harbour was around the corner.

The staff was EFFICIENT and the breakfast was satisfactory. It's just a walk down to eastbourne pier, accessible to everything. You can visit Pomodoro e Mozzarella that offers excellent meals.
